Due to the personal nature of grooming and hygiene products, all sales are final once opened or used. For sanitary and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beard oils, balms, brushes, or combs.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request assistance, contact us at info@sixeightsupply.co within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Six Eight Supply Co. reserves the right to deny unreasonable or fraudulent refund requests. Our products are built with care and inspected before shipping — we ask that you handle them with the same respect once received.
