4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and location.
Six Eight Supply Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or errors caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of grooming and hygiene products, all sales are final once opened or used.
We only accept returns or issue refunds if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable or fraudulent refund requests.
